Timo rewrote his KNX/EIB class code.
Added Client/Server mode to DomotiGa GUI (see domotiga.conf)
Made XMLRPC enabled by default, so server can be controlled.
Domotiga GUI is default standalone, change domotica.conf to "clientserver"....

When creating a device from an existing one, don't copy it's device values and battery status.
Fix bug where enabling main debug checkbox didn't enabled save button.
If clip info is not available store "000000" in database.
