Lookup and update Z-Wave device values.
Only update Energy usage of enabled devices.

New version 0.1.171, you must upgrade your database!
Better error checking for Fritz!Box class.
Added database name to window title.
Use desktop settings for choosing the webbrowser.
Added option to database admin tool to erase cdr table.
